Position Summary
The GTM (Go-To-Market) Systems Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing Accuris' GTM technology stack, including Salesforce and integrated sales, marketing, and customer success tools. This position collaborates cross-functionally with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure seamless systems performance, data integrity, and scalable processes that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary systems analyst for GTM technologies, with a focus on Salesforce and related applications (e.g., CPQ, HubSpot/Marketo, ZoomInfo, Outreach)
- Partner with GTM stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and manage end-to-end implementation through agile project methodologies
- Support and enhance Salesforce workflows, automations, reporting, dashboards, and integrations to enable scalable GTM processes
- Identify opportunities for systems and process improvements, and lead efforts to implement best-in-class solutions
- Work closely with the Data & Analytics team to ensure data quality and governance across GTM platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day support to end users, including training and documentation
- Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new GTM tools and technologies
- Support quarterly and annual planning activities through systems readiness and configuration
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases and GTM systems trends to proactively recommend enhancements
Qualifications
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis or administration, with a focus on Salesforce and GTM platforms
- Strong understanding of GTM processes across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Experience with tools like Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, HubSpot/Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LeanData, and related technologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with data modeling, validation rules, flows, and Apex/Lightning components (admin-level)
Preferred:
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience in B2B SaaS or data/insights businesses
- Understanding of RevOps metrics and sales performance KPIs
