What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary administrator for core CRM and GTM systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud required).
- Familiarity with Revenue tools (Clari, Gong, ZoomInfo), CPQ/CLM tools (Docusign Document Generator, Ironclad), and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot)
- Clear communication and project management skills with the ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and design solutions that are built to scale.
- Strong data management skills, including data hygiene, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Understanding of GTM processes cross-functionally to partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CS stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Manage and optimize the GTM tech stack, including user access, roles, permissions, integrations, workflows, and automation to support lead management, pipeline processes, and customer lifecycle operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to deliver actionable insights, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and serve as the technical partner for GTM teams.
- Support tool evaluations, technology rollouts, and change management initiatives, while providing training and documentation to ensure effective adoption and usage across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
What You Have:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience administering CRM and GTM systems, with strong Salesforce expertise preferred.
- Working knowledge of GTM processes across the full revenue funnel (Marketing → Sales → Customer Success).
- Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, or similar).
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and workflow automation within a multi-system GTM stack.
- Strong data management skills, including data hygiene, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Ability to balance multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
