GTM Strategy Program Manager

What You'll Do:

• Strategic Program Management: Lead enterprise-wide GTM initiatives from conception through execution, managing complex dependencies across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Executive Partnership: Serve as strategic advisor and operational partner to GTM leadership, preparing executive communications, board materials, and strategic recommendations that shape company direction.
• Cross-functional Orchestration: Drive alignment across GTM functions by facilitating planning sessions, QBRs, and strategic reviews while ensuring clear communication and accountability across all stakeholders.
• Operational Excellence: Design and implement scalable processes that improve GTM efficiency, from sales methodology rollouts to new market entry playbooks and customer segmentation strategies.
• Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives including GTM transformations, tool implementations, territory realignments, and process optimizations that drive measurable business impact.

What You'll Bring:

• 6–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, program management, or GTM operations within high-growth SaaS or enterprise software companies.
• Proven program management expertise with a track record of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution in fast-paced environments.
• Executive presence and communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate strategic discussions, and present to C-level executives and board members.
• Strategic thinking with operational rigor – comfortable switching between 30,000-foot strategy and ground-level execution details.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and presentation tools; experience with project management platforms (Asana, Monday, Notion).
• Deep understanding of GTM motions including sales processes, marketing funnels, customer lifecycle, and SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, etc).
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple high-priority initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and meeting aggressive deadlines.
• Bonus points for MBA, management consulting background, or experience in high-growth companies that scaled from $100M to $500M+ ARR.
