As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a talented and experienced Business Operations Manager to drive the performance of our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience (CX) teams, while establishing a foundation for scalable growth. You will serve as the subject matter expert on Go-To-Market (GTM) data analytics, shaping the strategic direction of GTM initiatives, designing and implementing operational metrics, and executing key Business Operations tasks. In this pivotal role, you will partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX leadership to deliver impactful results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Business Operations.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Own GTM data analytics to drive strategy and operations, from design and planning to insights and reporting.
- Lead the annual operating planning process and manage the year-round plan to align with company vision and goals.
- Define and standardize metrics for GTM functions, working with BI, IT, and Sales Finance to build and support reporting and dashboards.
- Develop business reporting for strategic analysis and internal reviews. Analyze operational metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Drive key projects supporting strategic initiatives, collaborating across functions and ensuring visibility for executive sponsors.
- Prepare quarterly board meeting materials and monthly executive leadership team review content to maintain focus and alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Lead problem-solving efforts to analyze data, generate insights, and recommend strategies to capture growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Business or Sales Operations
- Proven expertise in GTM strategy, planning, and data analytics
- Ability to analyze business data, provide insights, and execute key initiatives
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in Sales/GTM tools, including Salesforce
- Strong leadership and communication skills for executive-level interactions

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$109,230—$143,430 USD
