Job DescriptionThe Go-To-Market department works closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management and digital marketing, to ensure smooth product launches and long-term business growth.
The role-holder will be supporting the GTM team in developing and implementing the localized GTM strategy to enable successful launch and further development of our products and services in the assigned markets.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive and independent acquisition and discussions with new customers resulting in the conclusion of contracts for POS card terminals
- Targeted development of existing and potential customers with a focus on product expansion
- Development of a sales network
- Independent implementation of the sales strategy
- Collect stakeholder inputs, co-create with line management and other senior team members plans, to enable organization and execution of projects and with cross-functional teams, supporting the successful implementation and helping in the monitoring of sales campaigns, as well as project control and documentation.
- Localize, and in selected cases create communication materials to address the needs of clients in specific industries and sectors.
- Collect input, requirements and summarize the required local market campaign and product launch activities and ensure understanding key items to enable a GTM execution
- Provide assistance in analysis and resulting adjustments in strategies based on customer feedback, market dynamics and sales performance to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs follow all laws, regulations, and bank policies.
- Provide assistance across various tasks like budget control, performance metrics, campaigns delivery.
- Work with cross-functional teams to produce and place materials that are on brand and compliant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Professional experience in the financial services/payments industry
- Fluent in one Nordic language and English necessary, additional languages nice to have
- Strong sales, customer and target orientation and demonstrable sales successes
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills
- Independent, customer-oriented and commercial thinking and acting
- Focus on results, initiative and commitment
- Good IT skills
- Clean driving license
The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
