About the team
Instrumental in the success, effectiveness and scalability of our Dialpad Sales Organization, our operations teams are critical to the employees and customers of Dialpad. The Revenue Operations organization is responsible for delivering the absolute highest levels of support and visibility to our Sales teams to ensure we are delivering on industry leading efficiency across the Sales org. Using your problem-solving skills, technical aptitude with reporting tools, and cross functional relationships, this role will aim to support and assist our internal teams to drive success and efficiencies for the sales teams.
Your role
As a member of the Revenue Operations team you will focus on creating and maintaining reporting and interactive dashboards that empower business leaders to make data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, to understand reporting requirements, extract and transform data, and provide actionable insights through clear, visually compelling reports. This role demands quick, accurate responses and a strong attention to detail.
What you’ll do
- Define reporting requirements with stakeholders.
- Design interactive dashboards and reports.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Use Tableau to identify trends, opportunities, and savings.
- Work with Data team to ensure consistent data flows.
- Lead Tableau training and support sessions.
- Collect end-user feedback for improvements.
Skills you’ll bring
- 1-2 years in an operations or reporting analyst role.
- English business fluency.
- Experience in customer-centric hyper-growth companies.
- Salesforce experience.
- BI tool experience (Tableau, DOMO, PowerBI, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail with complex datasets.
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
