Are you a data-driven analyst who loves turning messy marketing and sales metrics into clean, impactful commercial strategies? Emburse is expanding our Revenue Operations footprint, and we are looking for a GTM Reporting Analyst to join our vibrant Barcelona hub.
This is a hybrid role (in our new Barcelona office) designed for a proactive builder. Working closely with our distributed global team—including our Hiring Manager in London—you won't just click "refresh" on old reports. We want someone who understands the pulse of a subscription/SaaS business, knows how to map out the journey from lead generation to closed-won opportunity, and has the technical chops to build beautiful Power BI dashboards completely from scratch.
What You Will Do
Build From Scratch: Own the design, architecture, and deployment of net-new Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions to serve as our commercial source of truth.
Track the Funnel: Run heavy analysis on marketing data, lead generation metrics, and pipeline health to evaluate opportunity conversion rates across all levels of our sales organization.
Master the Tech Stack: Leverage strong Salesforce (SFDC) data structures alongside Power BI to connect data points seamlessly across the GTM funnel.
Collaborate Internationally: Partner closely with our global Rev Ops, Marketing Ops, and Sales Ops teams to ensure data governance and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
What You Will Bring
The Background: Solid analytical experience within a subscription-based business model (SaaS/B2B tech), ideally coming from a Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Rev Ops alignment.
Technical Chops: Proven expertise with Salesforce CRM and advanced proficiency in Power BI dashboarding (building end-to-end analytics ecosystems from a blank canvas).
Domain Expertise: A strong understanding of marketing metrics, pipeline reporting, and multi-tier sales conversion logic.
The Mindset: A proactive, "willing to learn" attitude with the agility to work autonomously while keeping remote stakeholders closely aligned.
Who You Are
An Autonomous Builder: You thrive working with a remote manager. You don't wait for step-by-step instructions; you seek out the data and build the solution.
Commercial Mindset: You look past the raw numbers to understand how marketing dollars turn into sales opportunities.
Adaptable & Curious: You love learning new tools and methodologies, viewing data gaps as puzzles to be solved.
Committed and Local: You are based within a commutable distance to our Barcelona office and enjoy the balance of a hybrid cadence.
