About the Role

Rho is on a mission to hire exceptional talent. As our GTM Recruiting Lead, your mission will be to drive a world-class hiring operation across sales, marketing, and customer teams—leaving no stone unturned in search of high-slope operators. This is an opportunity to shape and scale our U.S. go-to-market team during a critical period of growth. At Rho, our Talent team takes pride in being selective—we don’t fill seats—we hire for trajectory, grit, and impact.

This role reports directly to Rho’s Head of Talent & People and is based in either our SoHo (NYC) or SF office full-time. This is an IC role with functional leadership opportunities.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles from kickoff to close.

  • Treat recruiting like half art, half science: Find creative ways to position Rho before the strongest operators in the business; A/B test messaging; take a human-first approach.

  • Obsess over our metrics and beating them, all the time.

  • Partner with the Talent & People org and cross-functional partners globally to advance and absorb Rho’s talent brand and strategy.

  • Focus on quality over quantity. We know that a lean team of A+ talent creates infinitely more value than a large team of “fine” talent.

  • Act as an owner: your job is not to hire people—it’s to build a business.

What You Bring
  • 6+ years of recruiting experience in GTM functions like sales, marketing, customer success, or partnerships at a high-growth startup.

  • A strong track record of closing candidates and modeling operational excellence.

  • High ownership and accountability— you take responsibility for getting the job done.

  • Exceptional communication.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and stretching beyond your scope.

  • Strong knowledge of the NYC and/or SF GTM talent market and how to reach its best.

  • A spirit of experimentation and ability to pivot.

  • Fluency with our tech stack (Linkedin, Notion, Slack, Google, Zoom; Ashby and Juicebox experience highly preferred)

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $170,000 - $215,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off.
