About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.
About the team
The GTM Product Marketing team sits within Stripe's Product Marketing org. We make sure Stripe sellers walk into every conversation prepared, confident, and armed with the right story. As Stripe's center of excellence for general product enablement, we set the standard for how sellers learn and pitch our products, drive consistency across product suites, and act as Marketing's Voice of the Field — surfacing seller insights to sharpen upstream messaging and positioning. We translate product value into seller-ready narratives, resources, and enablement — and we measure our impact on seller confidence and how effectively our teams pitch, qualify, and close.
Stripe's Commerce Experiences products (Optimized Checkout Suite, Link, Terminal, Agentic Commerce) help businesses convert more customers across every channel — from online checkout, to digital wallets, to in-person commerce, to the emerging world of AI-driven shopping. We're looking for an exceptional GTM product marketer to bring Stripe's story to market. In this role, you'll be the connective tissue between product, marketing, and the field. You'll translate complex commerce and checkout capabilities into compelling narratives and seller resources that resonate with our users and drive adoption. You'll equip customer-facing teams to confidently pitch all our solutions, answer technical questions, and speak to the roadmap. You'll also elevate seller and field insights to refine product positioning and messaging.
What you’ll do
As the GTM PMM for Commerce Experiences, you’ll need to quickly build a deep understanding of Stripe’s Commerce Experiences products, buyer personas, and differentiation. You will:
- Own the content development and GTM enablement strategy across the sold funnel — creating seller-ready resources (pitch decks, FAQs, value props, talking points) that translate product positioning into clear, differentiated customer value propositions for enterprise, mid-market, and platform buyers.
- Partner with Market Intelligence to monitor and understand commerce, checkout, and emerging agentic commerce market trends, competitive dynamics, and seller-facing competitive narratives — synthesize insights, and leverage these to build differentiated positioning.
- Design and deliver training programs that build seller expertise across the Commerce Experiences portfolio.
- Prepare sellers for major product launch events like Stripe Sessions, and to understand the details of the roadmap product is building.
- Leverage data and insights to identify enablement and knowledge gaps, prioritize asset development, launch new content, and measure effectiveness on seller confidence and other KPIs.
- Surface field insights on a regular cadence — through monthly readouts and structured retros — to inform core PMM positioning and product roadmap.
