1. Leads the GTM strategy of Lending Mass Affluent, Retention & Resurrection, and Digital Experience
2. Leads the project managers in the cluster
3. Ensures effectiveness, efficiency, and executional excellence of GTM Programs
4. Consolidates and updates campaign GTM Head to reflect the right level of support and activation schedule across brand marketing (online and offline), social marketing, CRM, PR, and trade marketing for tier 1, 2 and BAU campaigns
5. Presents a consolidated Go-to-Market campaign plan deck with all of the executions and schedule presentations to key approvers
6. Consolidates all directions, feedback, and approvals from the cross-functional team to ensure that all stakeholders have been consulted in the course of strategic and creative development
7. Executes campaign deliverables on time and with full approval from key stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum 2 years in Marketing
2. Has brand management experience
3. Has experience in Finance/FMCG/Tech-related industries
