We're looking for a GTM Operations Specialist to join our NOAM team. As a GTM Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing new deals and supporting the local North American sales teams to surface essential information. You’ll need to thrive on complex problems and be a quick learner and team player to help keep this machine running.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide insight and support to members of the Sales department
- Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments
- Ensure that sales meet financial and legal requirements
- Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations
- Contribute to wider company initiatives, and projects outside of daily tasks
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
What you need to bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Beginner experience in an administrative function
- Experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field
- Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack
