The Opportunity: As the GTM Operations Manager at Syncro, you will play a critical role in implementing the overall revenue strategy, systems, and revenue operations of the company. This role will be responsible for driving strong alignment between Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance and will report to the Chief Revenue Officer. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of our go-to-market strategy, drive operational efficiencies, and deliver an extraordinary experience for our customers and partners.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Revenue Strategy & Operations
    • Help drive execution and alignment of Syncro’s growth objectives and business goals.
    • Assists with operational aspects to facilitate forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and sales process optimization in order to drive sales productivity and effectiveness.
    • Work with GTM leadership to understand and optimize funnel management and pipeline efficiency. 
    • Partner with marketing to optimize lead flow, campaign management, and marketing automation processes to ensure a seamless customer journey and maximize revenue opportunities.
    • Work closely with the finance team to align on revenue reporting, budgeting, and financial planning, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and the identification of key growth drivers.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment 
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all revenue-generating functions, particularly with the finance team to ensure accurate financial forecasting and with the marketing team to maximize the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.
  • Business Systems Ownership
    • Will serve as a key stakeholder across cross functional GTM systems (i.e. Salesforce, Pardot, Claude, Outreach.io, etc)
  • Data and Analytics
    • Leverage data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations that drive revenue growth, improve decision-making, and enhance overall business performance.
  • Process Improvement
    • Continuously evaluate and improve revenue operations processes, tools, and technologies to drive efficiency and scalability.

Must have details: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other revenue operations technologies.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to customers and partners.
  • Experience working with target customer profiles in the SMB space

  • Hiring Manager Interview (CRO), 45 min
  • CMO Interview, 45 min
  • Key Stakeholder Panel, 60 min
