Job Description
Join us as the Vice President, Operations Lead at JP Morgan Payments, a strategic role designed to enhance the operational framework of our global Merchant Services business. This unique opportunity allows you to promote CRM system adoption, optimize processes, shape global pipeline management, and deliver critical business insights. Your role will be pivotal in improving lead generation and strategic campaigns, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the operational excellence and innovative growth of JP Morgan Payments.
As a Vice President, Operations Lead within JP Morgan Payments, you will have a unique opportunity to enhance the operational framework of our global Merchant Services business. You will promote the adoption of CRM systems, optimize processes, and shape global pipeline management. Your role will be instrumental in improving the effectiveness of lead generation and strategic campaigns. By fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively communicating with senior leadership, you will contribute to our operational excellence and innovative growth.
Job Responsibilities
  • Drive CRM adoption and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Leverage CRM systems and operational tools to track, manage, and analyze processes.

  • Influence global pipeline management and deliver critical business insights through advanced reporting.

  • Analyze operational metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Enhance the effectiveness of lead generation and strategic campaigns through operational excellence.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize operational efforts and improve conversion rates.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance operational capabilities.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on operational activities, performance, and outcomes to senior management.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
  • 5 years+ experience in operations, CRM management, or process optimization, with a track record of success.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and operational tools.

  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and services, with a payments background.

  • Excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.

  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and influence others to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Uses sound judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that best meet strategic objectives; able to identify and recommend appropriate alternatives when traditional solutions do not apply.

  • Knowledge of process optimization techniques and tools, familiarity with automation platforms.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative operational strategies.

  • Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
