Title: Senior Analyst – GTM Operations
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The GTM Operations Analyst will provide operational support for GTM processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across Salesforce (SFDC) administration, reporting, and actively supports sales commissions and QBR tasks. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and basic Salesforce skills to manage recurring processes and ad-hoc requests.
Monthly Commission Process
- Assist in preparing and validating commission data
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission
Salesforce Administration
- Perform basic SFDC admin tasks, including creating new accounts and maintaining account hierarchies.
- Manage contact records and ensure data quality.
- Assign leads generated by BDRs to appropriate Sales Directors when the account is unassigned.
- Run ad-hoc reporting and handle data requests
Sales Support
- Refresh and distribute Excel templates for Sales Directors’ Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Assist with CPQ redundancy by creating quotes using offline pricing models during peak periods.
Process Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for new requests via the Service Desk, assessing priorities and resolving within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain documentation and templates for repeatable processes.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE:
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years in Sales/ GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, FP&A or related roles
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data formatting).
- Basic Salesforce capability.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
PREFERRED:
- Familiarity with CPQ tools and offline pricing models.
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools.
