• Research, identify, and execute on new revenue opportunities, unconventional channels, partners, business models.

• Design and run lean experiments on new business hypotheses.

• Translate findings into concise, first-principles memos on new product lines, verticals, and other business opportunities with action-oriented recommendations.

• Support revenue operations by optimizing core commercial workflows and tooling (e.g., Salesforce), including lead routing, pipeline management, reporting, and market segmentation.

• Build and maintain dashboards to track growth and sales KPIs; surface insights that inform prioritization and resource allocation.

• Work cross-functionally with commercial and clinical teams to execute GTM campaigns, customer outreach, product launches, and onboarding—acting as a force multiplier for the broader team.

• 3+ years in either research-heavy roles (management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity) and/or GTM, strategy, operations roles in high-growth early-stage tech startups.

• Proven record of zero-to-one experiments and projects that shipped quickly and generated measurable results.

• Thinking from first principles and being a creative problem-solver.

• Biased for action with classic “move fast and break things” mindset.

• Exceptional communicator and willing to meet new people and talk both internally and externally.

• Analytical skillset and advanced technical proficiency in Excel/GSheets (and ideally SQL/BI), Salesforce/HubSpot, etc.

• Experience in any of the following is a nice bonus: oncology, diagnostics, software as a medical device, reimbursement, distribution.
