The Role

About the team:

As part of the Growth team, you'll be at the forefront of bringing OpenAI's technology to the world. This team works on high-impact projects that aim to amplify our global user base and drive the long-term growth of our products through data analysis, value creation, and experimentation. We aim to make our innovative tools universally accessible, transcending geographic, economic, or platform barriers.
About the role:

You will be responsible for developing, optimizing and managing the performance of our AI Sales Agent. This will involve hardening the platform for production, hitting financial goals, running optimization experiments and working with cross-functional partners to make all of this happen.

This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you'll:

  • Managing our Agentic AI Sales platform to performance targets

  • Optimizing our platform for deliverability & performance via rigorous experimentation

  • Making experimental workflows ready for production and production level performance

  • Design a seamless customer experience by connecting numerous agentic workflows

  • Focus on driving Incremental ARR impact via agentic platforms

  • Build a seamless, end-to-end agentically supported customer experience

We're seeking someone with experience including:

  • 4+ years Growth or RevOps experience in SaaS - ideally in high growth, global companies.

  • AI Agent Experience: you have launched or managed AI agent based customer experiences that drive ARR.

  • Experimentation expertise: comfortable designing, running, and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests.

  • Strong with stakeholder management: can work autonomously with System and GTM leaders

  • Global perspective: you take a global perspective on optimizing experiences on a per market basis

  • Customer centricity: you deeply understand the typical PLG customer journey

  • Solid analytical skills: comfort with SQL (or ability to work closely with data teams)

  • Exec comms: can work autonomously with senior leaders to present recommendations and facilitate highest level decisions
