The opportunity

Productboard is seeking an GTM Engineer. This is a unique role where most of the requirements are flexible but the fundamental core skillset required is a builder’s mindset with the ability to learn, deploy, and organize new technologies and platforms.

The ideal candidate is not necessarily someone with many years of experience, because much of the tech stack you will own may not have existed a year ago. If you're on a GTM team currently and have been building out GTM tools that help your day-to-day, rethinking data and the systems that provide it, and most importantly want to focus on this utilizing AI tools, then we think this role will allow you to really dig into this.

Why this matters for your career

The gap between professionals who are building with AI daily and those who are still watching is widening fast. At Productboard, you won't just use AI tools. You will shape the architecture that makes AI agents effective, define the workflows that make them reliable, and build the evaluation systems that make them trustworthy. You will work in an environment where AI first is not a future aspiration. It is the current standard.
The skills you build here, agent native design, multi-model orchestration, eval-driven development, AI-ready codebase architecture, are the skills that will define senior engineering for the next decade.

On a Typical Day, You Will...

  • Build or buy GTM technology solutions for the entire GTM organization - marketing, sales, and post-sales - to massively scale the team’s effectiveness.
  • Conceive and deploy agents and automations for GTM motions such as outbound, inbound, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, customer surveys, ABX, etc.
  • Educate and enable the GTM team on newly deployed technologies and agents.
  • Organize system integrations and data hygiene to optimize for clean LLM inputs.
  • Support stakeholders with end-to-end campaign execution including list uploads, audience segmentation, asset management, email builds, A/B testing, evals, and deployment
