Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven, AI-first GTM Engineer to design and build a predictable pipeline generation system for enterprise B2B sales. This role goes beyond traditional outbound. It’s about architecting scalable acquisition engines that consistently generate qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize a multi-channel outbound system (LinkedIn, email, and beyond)
- Design automated, AI-powered workflows for prospecting, personalization, and follow-ups
- Create and distribute high-performing content (LinkedIn, blogs) to support inbound demand
- Define ICPs, segment audiences, and continuously refine targeting using data
- Run experiments across channels, messaging, and sequences to improve conversion rates
- Own the full pipeline generation engine, from first touch to booked meeting
- Work closely with Sales to ensure consistent calendar coverage and lead quality
Main Objective
Create a predictable and scalable system that fills out the Sales Team’s calendars with qualified sales meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound, growth, or GTM roles (preferably in B2B SaaS)
- Strong understanding of AI tools and automation for go-to-market workflows
- Exceptional copywriting skills for cold outreach and content
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to build systems, not just run campaigns
- Fast executor with a strong focus on results
Nice to Have
- Experience targeting enterprise accounts
- Background as a GTM Engineer or similar role
- Familiarity with CRM, enrichment, and sales engagement tools
- Active presence on LinkedIn (posting and creating content)

- Number of qualified meetings booked (primary KPI)
- Conversion rates across outreach channels
- Pipeline generated and influenced
- Efficiency and scalability of the acquisition system
