The Role

About the Company

Tabs is an AI-powered accounts receivable platform for B2B businesses. Using the power of AI, Tabs is able to understand and extract elements from even the most complex B2B contracts and then power an automated AR process from contract-to-cash. Growing B2B businesses use Tabs to improve cash flows, streamline operations, and increase business model flexibility. Tabs is based in New York and is funded by top-tier VCs Lightspeed, Primary Ventures and General Catalyst.

About the Role

We’re hiring our first GTM Engineer — someone technical, scrappy, and curious who can build systems, tools, and workflows to make our sales, marketing, and success teams move 10x faster. They will own the engine behind our go-to-market motion: our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Total Addressable List (TAL), and the systems that translate signals into execution.

You’ll work across Growth, RevOps, and Product Marketing — designing experiments, building automation, and fine-tuning how we identify, prioritize, and engage accounts. You won’t just run campaigns — you’ll architect the system that makes them work.

This is a high-impact role for someone who loves wearing multiple hats, building fast, and solving real customer problems in creative ways.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Own the ICP and TAL engine — evolve our account targeting strategy based on strategic input, product evolution, and market signals

  • Design and orchestrate our GTM data layer — scoring models, routing logic, campaign triggers, and enrichment flows

  • Act on signal — analyze intent, firmographic, and behavioral data to drive smarter targeting and sequencing

  • Build campaign dashboards and attribution frameworks — track what’s working, what’s not, and where to double down

  • Run experiments with Growth, BDRs, and RevOps — test segmentation, messaging, and personalization at the account level

  • Ideate and launch new growth hacks — try things that don’t scale such as gifting campaigns, account-based landing pages, or ABM campaigns.

  • Move fast and iterate — be the person who builds, tests, and adapts before anything becomes a scaled process

About You

You’re a builder at heart — someone who loves solving problems across disciplines. Maybe you were an early sales engineer, founding growth marketer, or a commercially minded revops orchestrator. You thrive in ambiguity, have bias toward action, and have a strong commercial mindset.

You have:

  • 3+ years of experience in GTM, RevOps, growth, or technical marketing roles

  • Have built ICP/TAM/TAL models and love refining them with data

  • Are technical enough to build or manage low-code/no-code tools (e.g. Clay, Zapier, Cursor, Replit, Bolt, or similar)

  • Deep curiosity and empathy for customers and GTM teammates

  • Enjoy turning ideas into MVPs that unblock your team and move the business forward

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or another early stage startup

  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Vector, Replit, Zapier, and Loveable and has a strong aptitude to try and test new things

  • They have an experimental mindset and love to test new ideas, validate signals, and turn feedback loops into better systems.

Even if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications, we recommend applying to the role!

We are an NYC-based team working out of our office in Manhattan 4-5 days a week.

What We Do

Tabs is a revenue automation platform that helps B2B businesses automate invoice-to-cash workflows like billing, receivables, payments, rev rec, and reporting.

Finance software hasn’t kept pace. For decades, companies have relied on outdated systems that bury teams in manual work. We started Tabs to fix that, building the modern revenue stack: AI-native automation that turns contracts into action, eliminates errors, and powers finance with speed and accuracy.

Why Work With Us

Join us on the journey. Founded by operators who’ve spent decades scaling companies and backed by Lightspeed, General Catalyst, and Primary, Tabs is reimagining how revenue runs from contract to cash.

We’re a fast-moving, thoughtful team built around ownership, impact, and solving problems that matter—and we’re just getting started.
