About the role

Founded in 2023, REMATIQ is changing how MedTech product development teams operate with a highly specialised AI platform that helps companies move faster while maintaining quality and compliance.

We work with some of the world’s leading life sciences and MedTech companies, including Philips, Siemens Healthineers, B. Braun, and Novartis. We are backed by exceptional investors, and are now preparing for our next stage of scale and growth.

We are hiring our first GTM Engineer. This is a founding role. You will find the places where our go-to-market team loses time, and then build the automations, agents and internal tools that win it back. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and the founders, and you will help take REMATIQ from early traction to $20M+ ARR without growing headcount at the same pace as revenue.

We believe in the value of in-person collaboration and work in a hybrid setup, with the team coming together in our office in the heart of Berlin-Mitte typically four days per week.

What you'll do
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and leadership to find the highest-leverage opportunities for automation, then scope, build and ship solutions quickly

  • Proactively identify and champion new opportunities to apply AI and automation across our GTM team

  • Design and run a scalable, AI-driven prospecting engine that gives our BDRs a steady flow of high-quality, well-researched leads

  • Build signal-based workflows that surface high-intent accounts and route them to the right person at the right time

  • Develop an AI-SDR motion for long-tail accounts, with clear guardrails, quality controls and compliant outreach

  • Improve HubSpot so the data stays clean and reps spend less time on manual entry, through enrichment, automatic CRM updates and smart workflows

  • Extend and scale our internal AI knowledge base of validated answers, and use it to automate responses to security questionnaires and RFPs

  • Automate how we discover and qualify RFPs

  • Build tools that help our team create and present tailored business cases and ROI models

  • Work with Product to rapidly prototype roadmap concepts that strengthen our demos

  • Own the GTM tool stack, decide what to build versus buy, and document what you build so the team can rely on it

Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, revenue operations or a technical role close to revenue, ideally in a high-growth B2B startup

  • Truly AI-native: you have shipped real automations, agents and internal apps that a sales or marketing team actually used, built with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, MCPs, n8n, Clay etc.

  • Entrepreneurial: you constantly look for ways to innovate and improve the GTM playbook, and you act on them

  • Hands-on experience building integrations and workflows using APIs, webhooks and data, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain what you ship

  • Strong product sense and judgement: you know when to automate, when to buy, and when a process should be fixed before it is automated

  • Fast, pragmatic builder who iterates with users and measures impact

  • High ownership and comfortable being the first and only person in the function initially

  • Fluent English

Nice-to-have’s
  • Experience with enterprise sales motions and long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • Experience in Life Sciences, MedTech or other regulated industries

  • Fluent German

Why join REMATIQ?
  • Rare timing: Join one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies at a pivotal stage as we scale towards $20M ARR.

  • Real ownership: Build the GTM engineering function from scratch, with a direct line to the Head of Sales and the founders.

  • AI-first mandate: We expect you to automate before adding headcount, and you will have the freedom to choose and build the tools to do it.

  • Purposeful work: Be part of a mission-driven team transforming how medical devices reach the market, in an industry where quality, compliance, and patient safety mean nothing can be left to chance.

  • Compensation & growth: Competitive salary, meaningful equity, and room to grow the function as the team scales.

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations and workflows using APIs, webhooks, and data
  • Experience with AI and automation tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, MCPs, n8n, or Clay
  • Strong product judgment regarding automation, buying tools, and improving processes before automating them
  • Fast, pragmatic approach to building, iterating with users, and measuring impact
  • High ownership and comfort being the first and initially only person in the function
  • Fluent English
