Your Role
As our GTM Engineer, you own our outbound engine end-to-end. You build and run the email marketing outreach machine that puts fonio in front of thousands of the right prospects every month – at high volume, high deliverability, and with copy that actually converts
Someone who already:
Knows cold email deliverability inside out – you understand domains, inbox setup, warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, bounce hygiene and how to consistently land in the primary inbox instead of spam.
Has built high-volume sending infrastructure – you've operated dozens or hundreds of mailboxes and domains across tools like Smartlead or Instantly, and you know how to scale sending safely to 6–7 figures per month.
Writes copy that sounds human, not templated
Owns data and list building
Thinks in experiments – A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and decisions driven by numbers.
Knows modern MarTech and CRM stacks.
Speaks German at native level and is fluent in English.

Skills Required
- Expert knowledge of cold email deliverability, including domains, inbox setup, warmup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounce hygiene, and inbox placement
- Experience operating high-volume sending infrastructure across multiple mailboxes and domains
- Experience with outbound email platforms such as Smartlead or Instantly
- Ability to write human-sounding, conversion-focused email copy
- Experience owning data and prospect list building
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Proficiency with modern MarTech and CRM stacks
- Native-level German proficiency
- Fluent English proficiency
