Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex commercial general liability claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and personal injury. Manage claims from initial notice through settlement, assess coverage and liability, communicate with insureds and claimants, maintain detailed documentation, prepare reservation of rights letters, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with underwriting, legal teams, defense counsel, and TPAs.

Handle first- and third-party auto claims end to end, including coverage analysis, liability decisions, bodily injury, physical damage, cargo losses, settlement negotiations, reserves, and severity management for claims up to $250,000 FDV. Oversee TPAs, identify claim trends, pilot AI-driven innovations, communicate with stakeholders, and support special projects. The role is hybrid in Atlanta.
