Responsibilities
- Identify key patterns in the pipeline and customer base to highlight the next big opportunities for sales
- Work with BI and GTM data team to gather the relevant data and insights for sales team to drive large expansion projects
- Maintain forecast data structures to project accurate company revenue results.
- Deliver monthly pipeline analyses from Leads to Deals Won to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and scalable opportunities.
- Create and follow up on action plans with stakeholders to address identified bottlenecks.
- Report results and insights to C-suite and GTM leadership, driving alignment and accountability.
- Segment high-performing markets/accounts using conversion rates, CAC payback, LTV, GRR/NDR, ARPA, churn.
- Build and maintain marketing and sales pipeline dashboards in HubSpot and other BI tools.
- Develop market mapping analyses (TAM, segment growth, competition) to guide new investments.
- Conduct territory capacity and coverage analyses to optimize sales allocation.
- Support enablement materials and training to translate data insights into playbooks and process improvements.
- Build attribution models, cohort tracking, and funnel diagnostics to support lifecycle and campaign analysis.
- Partner closely with RevOps, Enablement, and Sales Leadership to improve seller workflows, define KPIs, and ensure data consistency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in GTM Systems, GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Data/Analytics—preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and GTM systems (like HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Proven experience reporting to C-suite with strong communication, summarization, and presentation skills.
- Expertise managing large datasets and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for automation and scalability.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced environments.
- English proficiency.
