Profile Overview

This team sits adjacent revenue leadership at Rocketlane. You will work on initiatives built around specific gaps or opportunities in the revenue motion: expanding into new ICPs, building out the ABM motion, running efficiency and sales enablement programs. The work cuts across sales, marketing, and RevOps. You will own defined projects and take them to outcomes, and over time you define the problem statements yourself. Rocketlane has raised $105M and is growing 2X year-over-year. If you want a front-row seat to how an AI company at this stage actually grows, this is a good place to be.

What you will do

  • Own defined sub-projects within key programs and drive them to completion: running a win/loss analysis on a specific cohort of deals, building a funnel conversion model for a segment, mapping a new ICP, co-building attribution models, or building high quality lists for campaigns.

  • Dig into funnel and pipeline data, identify what the patterns are actually saying, and bring a point of view on what the team should do about it

  • Find the simplest, fastest way to execute on things using AI. If a workflow can be automated, automate it. 

  • Build lightweight agents that independently handle repeatable work, think of them as interns you design and deploy yourself.

  • Prepare briefs, analyses, and program updates for sales and marketing leadership that are direct and grounded in data

  • Maintain visibility across active programs so there is always a clear picture of what is in flight, what is blocked, and what needs a decision

  • Work across sales, marketing, RevOps, and other functions depending on what the program demands, and follow through on what comes out of those conversations

  • Document what worked and what did not so programs can be scaled or handed off without rebuilding from scratch

  • 1-3 years in a role that puts you close to the business: Founders' Office, growth, consulting, GTM operations, or anything where the work was ambiguous and you had to make sense of it yourself. Industry does not matter as much as the quality of the problems you worked on.

  • You can take a messy, undefined problem and break it down into something structured with a clear path to completion.

  • You follow what is happening in the market, not because someone asked you to, but because you are genuinely curious about why businesses grow, why deals are won or lost, and how industries shift. You read, you connect dots, and you form views.

Skills Required

  • 1-3 years in a related role such as Founders' Office, growth, consulting, or GTM operations
