About the Role
We're looking for a GTM AI Operations Lead to help build the next generation of how our Go-to-Market organization operates.
As AI transforms the way businesses work, we're looking for someone who is passionate about building AI-powered products that solve real operational problems. This role combines AI engineering, product thinking, and operational strategy to create intelligent solutions that improve how our GTM teams work every day.
You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for AI, and rapidly build solutions that eliminate manual work, improve decision-making, and help our teams scale efficiently.
This is a builder role. We are looking for someone who loves creating AI applications, experimenting with new technologies, and shipping solutions that have measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered applications, agents, copilots, and automations that improve how our GTM organization operates.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Revenue Operations, Product, and Engineering to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Partner with GTM teams to understand how they work today, identify friction points, and build AI-powered products that dramatically improve productivity.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI workflows using modern AI development tools, APIs, LLMs, and
- business systems.
- Rapidly prototype new AI solutions, validate them with end users, and continuously iterate based on feedback and business impact.
- Build intelligent integrations across our GTM systems to ensure information flows seamlessly between platforms and users.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to leverage them across our GTM organization.
- Measure adoption, operational improvements, and business impact to continuously optimize the solutions you build.
- Establish best practices for building scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI applications across the business.
- Stay at the forefront of AI innovation and continuously introduce new capabilities that improve how our teams operate
