Lead the development of regional strategic sourcing strategies for the assigned region. Categories will contain a large spend level across a diverse set of commodities. Work with the supply chain team and other functional groups (e.g. sales, engineering, projects, etc.) to identify spend forecasts, assess current suppliers, identify needs for new suppliers. Develop sourcing strategies accordingly and negotiate strategic contracts with suppliers in each commodity.

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required, master degree in business or finance is preferred
Minimum of 10 years buying experience
The individual must have excellent general background in all phases of procurement and strong financial/commercial acumen
The individual must have excellent knowledge of Elliott and Ebara purchasing policies and procedures
Must have a minimum of 5 years of management experience and be a proven leader
Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management
