Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst located in Taguig, Philippines to provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support to the Global Services business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Planning & Analysis support for forecast and actuals cycles (variance explanations, financial reporting and closing processes, headcount tracking)
- Lead the preparation of presentation materials for forecast updates and quarterly results packages to business partners
- Supports period-closing activities - this includes accruals estimations & validation, fixed asset transactions and executing intercompany cross-charges.
- Ensure consistency in approach across all regions in close partnership with Global Functions FP&A team, while maintaining a strong financial control environment from a SOX & Statutory perspective
- Master data management
- Sustain an environment that drives innovation, continuous improvement, maximizing existing solutions and developing new capabilities in response to emerging business needs
- Other closing and reporting activities
- Ad hoc global and regional initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred
REQUIRED:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent oral, written and communication skills and fluent in English
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. Pivot Tables, Formulas, LOOKUP functions)
- Knowledge in Macros is preferred
- Willing to work on hybrid set-up
