Job Description:Johnson & Johnson Global Services is recruiting for a GS Finance Solutions & Innovation Supervisor, based on multiple locations supporting GS ATR, ITC and Compliance scope.

The GS FS&I Supervisor supports all financial processes within GSF scope related to the business transitions, divestitures and/or acquisitions projects.The role requires a high level of motivation and confidence, the ability to work independently and meet critical deadlinesKey Responsibilities:Support GS Finance to execute FS&I projects according to the project strategy and milestones
Partner effectively with key stakeholders across different functions, including external consulting companies involved on FS&I projects
Responsible for communication of project status to all project stakeholders and senior leadership. Communication includes project meeting minutes, monthly updates and any status or project detail information needed
Support and engage the team, providing valuable feedback and guidance
Lead a subject matter experts (SME) teams members
Perform balance sheet flux analysis related to the divested or acquired business
Ensure accuracy on carve-in/out process to support the preparation of “stand alone company” financial statements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
Experience and Skills:
Required:A minimum of 3-5 years of finance, accounting, credit & collection, finance compliance or related business experience is required
Expertise on accounting process/cycles knowledge, deep knowledge on J&J Intercompany process
Strong business partnering, communication, and interpersonal skills
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel / Power Point
Advanced level of written and oral English
Strong collaboration, problem-solving skills, dealing with ambiguity, process-oriented mindset is required
Focused on continuous improvement
Ability to work independently, influence decision making, think creatively, challenge the status quo, and work across multiple teams
