About the Role


We are seeking a Visual Designer to join our Brand, Creative, and Content team at Hinge Health that’s passionate about building a category leading brand in digital healthcare. In this role, you’ll design high-impact creative assets that drive member enrollment. You will play a key role in designing and iterating on email, direct mail, and web assets that power our core growth marketing engine. You will report to the Creative Director, Growth, and work closely with content strategists and growth marketers.

What You’ll Accomplish
  • Execute High-Performing Creative: Design and produce high-quality assets for email, direct mail, and digital channels, ensuring they are optimized for conversion and aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Scale Design Systems: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of scalable design templates and systems that allow us to produce partner-specific and deployment assets efficiently.

  • Support Partnerization: Adapt and refine creative assets for our ecosystem partners, ensuring seamless co-branding and visual consistency across different partner channels.

  • Collaborate on Experiments: Partner with the broader Growth Marketing team to support creative testing and experimentation, quickly iterating on designs based on performance data.

  • Contribute to a world-class brand: Through great design—increase member awareness, build a world-class brand, and elevate the user experience.

Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of visual design experience, preferably in a growth, performance marketing, or agency environment.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in digital design, email design, and direct mail/print design.

  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Experience contributing to and working within established design systems and brand guidelines.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics and how design impacts conversion and performance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with direct mail design and print production standards.

  • Understanding of growth marketing principles and performance-based design.

  • Ability to work efficiently within design systems and templates.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Impeccable taste and craft.
