What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Director of Product Management and Strategy, you will help shape and implement growth strategies for ROCKWOOL's success in North America.

  • Develop and position growth strategies for ROCKWOOL stone wool insulation.

  • Utilize market insights, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to identify new business opportunities.

  • Lead strategic planning process development and implementation.

  • Conduct market segment analysis and develop support materials for the management team.

  • Create growth plans, including market analysis, strategic initiatives, and business cases for future opportunities.

  • Develop organizational presentations and annual reports.

  • Collaborate with the global strategy team for alignment with reporting requirements.

  • Work directly with the Director, Product Management & Strategy on yearly strategic process implementation.

  • Identify and propose organizational capability and efficiency enhancements.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred but not required.

  • Several years of experience in strategy, business development, or a similar role - preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.

  • Proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives

  • Strong expertise in developing and executing strategic growth plans across various channels and markets.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing market trends and performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize growth initiatives effectively.

  • Understanding of the construction and building materials industry is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative mindset and ability to articulate innovative ideas.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Data Analysis Tools: Proficient in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

  • Project Management: Experience working in Asana or equivalent software.

  • Collaboration Tools: Experience with Microsoft Teams or Slack.

  • ERP Systems: Familiarity with SAP plus.
