The Growth Strategy Lead plays a key role in enabling and strengthening GCash’s marketing strategy. This role focuses on translating strategy into clear action plans, driving process improvements, and supporting transformation initiatives to improve performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth within the Marketing organization.
You will be responsible for the following:
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Assist in business planning and budgeting to ensure effective and cost-efficient execution.
Conduct market and consumer analysis to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights.
Support transformation and change initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of strategic initiatives.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and introduce automation to improve efficiency.
Track performance metrics and provide analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in fintech, e-commerce, FMCG, consulting, or similar industries.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with exposure to marketing strategy and business planning.
Familiarity with process improvement, automation, or transformation initiatives.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing market trends and performance metrics.
Exposure to project management or supporting marketing initiatives and budgeting.
Good communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
