About the role
We're looking for a Growth Strategist to help scale our go-to-market motion and accelerate customer acquisition. In this role, you’ll work closely with the founding team to drive growth experiments, optimize our funnels, and uncover new opportunities across marketing, sales, and product. This is a highly cross-functional role, you'll collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer success to execute initiatives with immediate impact on revenue and user growth.
ResponsibilitiesDrive and analyze growth experiments across channels (email, outbound, SEO, etc.)
Build and optimize lead-generation strategies to reach industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with product and marketing to shape messaging, positioning, and campaign assets.
Analyze user behavior and funnel data to uncover bottlenecks and drive improvements.
Own tools and processes to scale outreach and campaign automation'
Support the sales team by qualifying leads, refining ICPs, and improving conversion rates.
Fluency in English.
Strong analytical mindset; experience working with data to inform decisions.
Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and fast changes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

HappyRobot's AI workers conduct communication-based tasks like emails, messages, or phone calls. Our focus is in logistics and supply chain which means our AI workers are mostly handling the operations of moving freight including sales, track & trace, accounting, and support. These tasks don’t end in a conversation - we’re also extracting valuable data and leveraging that data for things like targeting prospects or understanding pricing and demand in an all-in-one control panel for your business. HappyRobot's platform was built as a developer tool, so although we’re experts in common logistics use cases, any custom workflow can be built. If your team is spending time sending emails or making calls, we can automate that workflow by giving AI access to the right data and good instructions.
