To join us as a Growth Specialist you’ll need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering — or another field where you learned to turn numbers into stories
  • A sharp analytical mindset (you don’t just look at data, you interrogate it) with proven skills in analysis, reporting and measuring what what truly drives impact
  • The ability to spot growth opportunities others might miss — through customer segmentation, market research and real user insights
  • At least 1 year of experience running CRM & Direct Marketing campaigns (Push, Email, SMS, In-App — yes, we use them all)
  • Bonus points if you’ve got experience in retention, loyalty or rewards program design
  • Highly detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset, proactive and initiative-driven
  • Self-motivated & organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal English skills; able to work effectively across teams in a dynamic startup environment

You will:

  • Shape and optimize the customer journey with smart retention and engagement moves
  • Dream up, launch, and track multi-channel campaigns (Push, Email, SMS, In-App) 
  • Build and grow loyalty — not just programs, but habits that keep people coming back
  • Own the day-to-day of CRM activities and keep things running smoothly
  • Dive into user data to create sharp segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Team up with product and data teams to hit ambitious growth targets together
  • Keep your radar on market trends and competitors so we’re always a step ahead
  • Experiment with monetization levers and double down on what works
  • Own growth projects end-to-end, from first idea to flawless execution

As Bitaksi, we offer our users the convenience of hailing a taxi with just one tap and track the taxi’s arrival as well as the driver’s name, score, and license plate number. Our users can share information about their trip such as the driver’s name, the taxi’s license plate number, and their live location with any person they wish.

Moreover, our users can travel with their furry friends thanks to our Pet Taxi service in 24 cities we operate. Another one of our services in the app, GetirDrive, helps our users rent car for days, hours, or even mere minutes. getirbitaksi, gone live in October 2021, provides service also from the Getir app.
