- Build, track and optimize email, push, sms and in-app campaign pop-ups
- Build out customer segmentation to send personalized targeted communications to the right users at the right time
- Own your area of expertise and meet key KPIs by performing A/B tests, creating targeted segmentation, and using personalized content
- Deliver customer lifecycle projects from start to finish, providing actionable data insights to stakeholders with key takeaways and recommendations
- Provide consistency of all customer behaviour touchpoints
- Make sure customer data is tracked properly across platforms and provide single view of the customer
- Utilize customer data through marketing automation and product analytics tools
- Analyze data from multiple sources to drive optimization and improvement of targeting, segmentation and personalization
- Support team in building comprehensive reports and dashboards of all relevant KPIs to track and improve performance
- Understand the business needs, provide insightful analysis for key business stakeholders

- You have 3+ years experience in CRM campaign management (Industrial Engineering/Management Engineering will be preferred)
- You have knowledge about cross-channel customer engagement tools (e.g Braze, Insider)
