About the role
Join AGL's Electrification & Innovation team and help accelerate Australia's transition to a cleaner energy future. Reporting to the Growth Manager, you'll support the delivery of go-to-market campaigns and growth initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention across our electrification products.
Working within a cross-functional team, you'll identify growth opportunities, contribute to impactful marketing campaigns, and help strengthen AGL's position as a leader in electrification. Success in this role requires a proactive, relationship-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can influence outcomes to deliver commercial results.
What you’ll be doing:
Drive growth through innovative go-to-market initiatives by supporting the launch and optimisation of electrification products, customer journeys and sales pathways.
Deliver impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief to execution, working with internal teams and external partners to achieve customer growth and commercial outcomes.
Turn data into action by analysing campaign results, tracking performance against targets and providing insights that inform future growth strategies.
Collaborate across a high-performing cross-functional team to align product, marketing, digital and customer experience initiatives, while contributing to special projects that broaden your exposure across the full growth and marketing ecosystem.
About you:
Previous demonstrated experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Strategy role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Comfortable analysing campaign results and preparing reports.
