Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join our Data Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding strategic enterprise customers by driving revenue growth, account expansion, and long-term client relationships through the cross-sell and up-sell of data center solutions. You will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-performance colocation, connectivity, and managed services to large-scale enterprise and hyperscale clients.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Responsibility 1: Lead account management and growth strategies for key Data Center portfolios to increase wallet share and deliver actionable revenue growth through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
Responsibility 2: Collaborate with CXOs, IT Heads, and internal Data Center Operations and Engineering teams to translate complex customer business needs into technical solutions while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational standards, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and contractual commitments by managing commercial discussions, pricing, and negotiations effectively.
The ideal candidate will have:
6+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Enterprise Sales within the Data Center, Cloud, or Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure domain.
Strong knowledge of Data Center operations, colocation, network connectivity, and managed services.
Proven ability in strategic account planning, stakeholder management, and leading complex commercial negotiations.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred but not mandatory.
