Do you want to be part of the largest healthcare platform in the world?
We are Doctoralia, a Docplanner group company. We operate in 13 countries, serve more than 55 million patients, and process more than 17 million appointment bookings per month. Today, more than 2 million healthcare professionals are part of our base, and we've reached around 14 million patient reviews so far.
Our mission is to help people live longer, healthier lives.
To do this, we offer two complementary fronts: a marketplace, where patients can book and rate appointments at any time, and a SaaS system that helps practices optimize management, patient flow, and online appointments all available via web or app (iOS and Android).
Job Description
We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-oriented professional to help scale Noa Notes, our AI-powered product for healthcare professionals, in Brazil. This person will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Operations, driving growth, efficiency, and process improvement. If you enjoy combining analysis with action to make a real business impact, this role is for you.
What you will do in this role:
Turn data into decisions: Analyze data and channel performance to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement;
Support the scaling of operations by designing and implementing process improvements, CRM optimizations, and automation initiatives;
Partner closely with Product and Go-to-Market teams to understand how Noa is performing and how to accelerate its adoption in Brazil;
Design and execute experiments (such as A/B tests) to evaluate hypotheses, optimize user adoption, and scale product usage;
Help maintain CRM data quality, optimize sales processes, and improve pipeline visibility to support better commercial decision-making;
Provide insights to guide go-to-market strategies, helping align product capabilities with commercial goals;
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape business priorities, investment decisions, and growth strategies;
Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution;
What makes you a strong fit
4+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy Ops, Sales Ops, RevOps, or Data Analysis (preferably within Marketing or Sales environments);
Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar, including pipeline management and process optimization;
Solid understanding of go-to-market processes, sales funnels, and business dynamics;
Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and exploring data;
Experience with Power BI, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio (we primarily use Google Sheets and Looker Studio);
Strong analytical skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving;
English proficiency - you'll use it daily!
Experience working in agile environments.
It’s even better if you...
Have experience in tech companies or SaaS startups;
Have worked with Python for automation or data analysis;
Enjoy building scalable processes and making complex operations run smoothly.
