Team overview 
We are hiring a Growth Project Specialist – Upsell & Retention to our Channel Partners team in São Paulo, Brazil

This role is to join Channel Partner’s Strategy and Process, a team responsible for the Projects/Client Success process/ strategy for our clients and partners, improving processes that significantly impact the experience of channel partners, delivering solutions adapted to each market's needs, and enabling the scalability of our business. As a Growth Project Specialist – Upsell & Retention, you will be expected to bridge Projects & Sales, turning operational signals into revenue-generating actions and friction-free partner experiences while proposing and implementing solutions based on data trends and to take ownership of multiple projects and initiatives within the organization, with different levels of complexity, and ensure their successful planning, execution, and completion. The position will work closely with the sales team, Client Success and other key areas to foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels and strengthen partnerships that contribute to the overall success of the Channel Partners area. 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Upsell & Retention management: coordinate cross-team plays that lift partner ACV; maintain upsell pipeline board; run weekly deal-review with sales team.
  • Onboarding Strategy: Co-design tier-based onboarding journeys; cut time-to-first-value; ensure playbooks mirror partner growth stages.
  • Health-Score Analytics: Translate implementation SLA, SKU usage, internal support tickets (CX team, Partners, Sales etc), and partner’s NPS into a weighted health-score; surface churn/expansion alerts to Channel Partners Strategy’s team.
  • Partner Communication: Draft win-win playbooks, training material and enablement decks to support expansion.
  • Feedback Loop to Product/Ops: Collect partner pain points, quantify ROI of feature requests, and feed backlog with clear business cases.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Project management background with experience in revenue operations and/or customer success.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese, comfortable with running deal-review project’s meetings with internal stakeholders and partners, designing trimmed time-to-first-value strategies while operating on a tiered onboarding journeys with other areas.
  • Naturally documents steps, follows checklists, and is keen to embed data-quality checks as part of good practice.
  • Advanced knowledge of google toolkit (sheets, slides, looker studio) with a knack for building charts, pivot tables and live dashboards; Asana and salesforce knowledge is a plus.
  • An individual with strong organizational and multitasking abilities who is able to lead multiple projects.
  • Willingness to learn and challenge yourself, working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles;
