Our culture attracts passionate hearts and minds who always demonstrate originality, courage, curiosity, and inclusion.

The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and technical Product Manager to own critical monetization initiatives for our suite of applications. You will manage the growth infrastructure that drives revenue performance, acting as the bridge between Marketing and Engineering. Your mission is to build, test, and optimize user journeys that turn interest into loyal subscribers.

Responsibilities
  • Conversion Strategy & Design: Collaborate closely with Design and Marketing to build high-converting flows for our product portfolio. You will ensure the user journey—from acquisition to conversion—is seamless and optimized for maximum impact.
  • Continuous Experimentation: Design and execute a rigorous roadmap of A/B tests on key user touchpoints and pricing structures. You will translate data into actionable insights to improve Conversion Rate and Revenue Per User.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by actively monitoring industry trends and competitor strategies. You will benchmark our product features and acquisition flows against the market to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Technical Validation (QA): Act as the primary gatekeeper for product quality. You will perform hands-on technical testing of new initiatives, ensuring that transactional systems and access rights work flawlessly before launch.
  • Metrics & Data Integrity: Define and monitor key performance indicators (CAC, LTV, ROI). You will strictly verify that analytics events and data integrations are functioning correctly to ensure our performance data is accurate.
  • Infrastructure Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in our growth platforms and work with engineering to implement features that improve speed, reliability, and user trust.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or CRO, with a proven track record in digital products or consumer tech.
  • Technical Fluency: You are comfortable working with developers. You can inspect technical elements, troubleshoot integration issues, understand API triggers, and verify data accuracy.
  • Testing Expertise: You have extensive experimentation experience, with a track record of designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Analytical Mindset: You have experience translating extensive data into actionable insights using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
  • Monetization Knowledge: You understand the fundamentals of digital subscriptions, revenue models, and how attribution works in a digital ecosystem.
  • Communication: You have a very good command of English and know how to work cross-functionally to prioritize against broader company goals—especially in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance.
What it’s like to work at Pixery?
  • Be part of a passionate and driven team where everyone’s ideas are valued: a team starts every day with the courage to experiment with new things.
  • Access to the worldwide community: working on products -you can be genuinely proud of- used by millions of people around the world.
  • Make a difference in the mobile video creativity market: At the intersection of innovation and technology, we are building something that inspires the mobile creativity market.
What we offer?
  • Regular hackathon days where we build fun stuff together.
  • Access to various learning & development opportunities: regular participation in international conferences, events, seminars and access to all learning materials requested.
  • Wellness reimbursement: to help you live your healthiest life, we reimburse eligible wellness expenses such as subscriptions to meditation and health apps, memberships to online streaming platforms, gym memberships and much more.
  • Yearly profit sharing agreement: where we share a portion of past year’s profit with eligible employees to share the benefit of all our hard work.
