Job Summary:

The Growth Product Manager III will drive the strategy for growing our Marketplace, B2C member acquisition and retention strategies. This role will conduct user research, understand buyer behaviors, and leverage third party tools across the whole user journey to create a seamless experience and consistently analyze on how to improve the use of tools to increase customer lifetime value.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for driving business results and empowering data-driven product decisions with timely insights and thought partnership
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy to effectively leverage digital assets and marketing to grow direct to consumer, and broker led customer acquisition and retention
  • Be the third-party platform vendor manager, understanding current and upcoming features that can be leveraged, negotiate, and strategically advise business partners
  • Partner with Data Product Manager, analytics and research, to better understand what drives KPIs; be a subject matter expert on the topic
  • Be an authority for customer behavioral data using data to reshape our understanding of customer behavior and business performance
  • Lead experimentation initiatives and contribute to product strategy decisions
  • Deliver accurate, timely and high quality analysis and insights to stakeholders
  • Provide support to product leaders and proactively partner to leverage customer insights to drive product decisions
  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to build empathy for their needs, inform product strategy, and ensure their lasting success
  • Contribute to the overarching marketplace strategy
  • Perform other job duties as requested

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Marketing, IT, Business, Communication Finance, or health care field, or other related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in digital strategy, digital design customer facing solutions (web, mobile) and digital/IT development processes is required
  • AI/ML experience is required
  • Healthcare insurance industry experience is highly preferred
  • Familiarity of the healthcare/managed care field and knowledge of government program products is preferred

  • Ability to analyze large quantities of information and identify patterns, irregularities, and deficiencies
  • Critical listening and thinking skills

Licensure and Certification:

  • None

Working Conditions:

  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required by the needs of the business

Compensation Range:

$90,500.00 - $158,400.00
