Job Description
The Growth Partner is the commercial engine of Jellyfish France's Growth Machine. You feed and prepare the Industry Leads so they can focus on converting and expanding. This is not a support role, it is a growth role in its own right. You prospect actively, manage the pipeline, build sector ABM and coordinate RFP responses. You sell, you close, you drive.
You will split the sectors covered by the Industry Leads, form a collective intelligence and back each other up on pipeline continuity. Each Growth Partner is an actor, not an assistant.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Prospecting & PipelineRun targeted B2B prospecting across the 100 strategic priority accounts in your sector
Identify, qualify and enrich commercial opportunities via CRM, ABM and LinkedIn outreach
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities >€100K for the Industry Leads
Actively open new contacts and hand them over to Industry Leads for closing
Ensure permanent coverage of strategic targets — no priority account should ever go off radar
Prepare every strategic meeting for the Industry Leads: brief, client context, angle, materials
Coordinate RFP responses end-to-end: organisation, writing, deadlines, stakeholders
Draft and structure commercial proposals with internal teams
Maintain rigorous documentation of all activities in the CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot)
Own and close deals independently on segments and accounts defined with the Industry Lead
Present Jellyfish's offers (AI, Social, Commerce, GEO) with conviction to senior stakeholders
Contribute to financial proposals and account plans
Participate in strategic pitches in support of Industry Leads
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in B2B business development, account management or growth in digital, agency or media-tech
Strong command of CRM tools (Salesforce and/or HubSpot) — you log in every day
Experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and multi-channel prospecting (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, cold calling)
Proven written ability to craft compelling commercial proposals
Rigorous pipeline tracking and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
Good understanding of digital marketing offers and challenges (paid media, data, creative, AI)
Excellent verbal and written communication in both French and English
Strong team player — you work in lock-step with the Industry Lead and your fellow GP
Genuine curiosity for new technologies, especially generative AI
