We're looking for a strategic thinker to bridge the gap between data insights and business strategy in an AI-first environment. You'll work cross-functionally to translate market dynamics into actionable strategic initiatives, leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and enhance decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to shape CloudWalk's growth through AI-augmented strategic analysis and data-driven decision making.
What You Will Be Doing
- Investment-Grade Analysis & Strategic Planning Conduct market analyses, competitive intelligence, and strategic assessments using AI-powered research tools. Build investment memos and strategic recommendations for new business opportunities, using AI to synthesize market data and identify trends.
- Cross-Functional Strategy Development Partner with product, data science, and business development teams to identify growth opportunities. Leverage AI collaboration tools to translate insights across departments and align on strategic priorities.
- AI-Augmented Data Interpretation & Modeling Analyze datasets to uncover strategic insights using AI-powered analytics platforms. Work with AI systems to model scenarios, interpret trends, and translate findings into strategic recommendations for leadership.
- Performance Monitoring Develop AI-enhanced frameworks to monitor strategic initiatives and business performance. Create executive dashboards using AI for real-time insights and predictive analytics.
- Market Intelligence & Opportunity Assessment Conduct analyses on fintech market trends and competitor strategies using AI-powered market intelligence tools. Synthesize market data with internal performance insights to inform strategic positioning.
- Strategic Communication Transform complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations supported by AI-generated insights.
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset Natural curiosity and systematic approach to business problems, with comfort working alongside AI systems. Ability to think strategically while maintaining analytical rigor.
- Venture Capital/Investment Fund Experience Hands-on experience in deal evaluation, market analysis, and investment memo creation. VC, private equity, or investment roles required.
- Data Fluency Comfortable interpreting and modeling data insights without hands-on technical execution. Interest in using AI-powered analytics tools to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Ability to work effectively across different business functions and translate insights between technical and business stakeholders.
- AI Skills Ability to effectively prompt and collaborate with AI systems for enhanced output quality and automate tasks.
- Learning Agility Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new business areas and adapt to fast-changing fintech environments. Enthusiasm for learning new AI tools and integrating them into workflows.
- Business Acumen Understanding of business models, market dynamics, and financial metrics. Interest in how AI transforms business strategy and competitive landscapes.

Nice to Have
- Fintech Industry Interest Interest in payments, financial services, or related technology sectors, especially AI/ML applications.
- Startup Experience Understanding of high-growth company dynamics, particularly in AI-adopting organizations.
- Financial Modeling Skills Comfort with building and interpreting financial models, ideally with AI-assisted modeling tools.
- Business Development Interest Interest in partnership evaluation, market entry strategies, or venture building activities.
- AI Tool Experience Experience with AI-powered research, analysis, or productivity tools such as advanced LLMs or automated data synthesis platforms.
