Join us as a Growth Ops Product Manager(Partnerships Channel) and help us accelerate our Growth, turning our partnership channel into a scalable revenue machine. You'll be instrumental in improving the efficiency of our partnerships, from acquisition to engagement.
You'll work closely with Alexandre (Head of Growth Ops) and cross-functional teams to build the systems and processes that will transform how we manage our partners, making this channel a key strategic growth driver for Qonto.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Growth Ops Product Manager at Qonto, you will:
• Lead the identification, design, development, and delivery of internal solutions to automate the partners management funnel and eliminate manual workflows
• Identify high-impact problems within the parternships channel and craft solutions that maximize value while minimizing operational costs
• Orchestrate cross-functional efforts between Engineering, Ops, Business teams, and Senior Management to drive value generation and move the needle through innovation
• Lead the development of an essential and ambitious internal solution that can change the way we work with third parties: a partner relationship management solution.
• Take full ownership of the partnership channel roadmap, working autonomously with a wide range of stakeholders: sales, marketers, PMs, country managers, senior leadership…
• Be hands-on: craft POC solutions, manipulate data, create AI agents, work side by side with sales and channel managers, fix broken windows...

His path? Alexandre brings 4+ years of deep expertise at Qonto, having grown from Lead Growth Operations to now heading a team of 20 people. Before joining Qonto, he built his growth and data expertise as a Data Product Manager at sennder (German Unicorn), and co-founded his own legal tech startup. He has consistently focused his career around the intersection of growth, data, and technology.
What can he bring to the team? Alexandre is at the core of Qonto's Growth Engine. He's passionate about how technical functions play a pivotal role in business organizations and believes in leveraging technology and GenAI, scaling efforts to achieve every marketer's mission: sending the right message, at the right moment, to the right person.

• Growth & Technical Background: You have 5+ years of experience in growth-focused roles with technical acumen - you're comfortable "getting your hands dirty" and love understanding how systems work
• Product Manager mindset: You love to research and understand the true roots of customers’ problems with savviness and methodology. You're extremely customer-focused, data-driven, humble in your approach, and passionate about solving real-life problems through scalable solutions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: You have proven experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-Solving Mindset: You excel at identifying high-impact problems and designing solutions that balance value creation with resource constraints, thinking both short and long-term
• Proactive Initiative: You naturally seek out information, ask questions across the organization, and identify opportunities that others might miss - we’re looking for someone who’s not afraid of getting out of their lane
