The focus is on translating growth strategy into scalable experimentation frameworks, structured analytics, and repeatable operational processes across product and marketing surfaces.

Working in close partnership with Product Growth, Marketing, Data, and RevOps, this person operationalises how growth experiments are designed, measured, and scaled, ensuring that growth insights are accurate, actionable, and aligned with the broader revenue framework.

About the job:

Experimentation Infrastructure
  • Build and maintain the operational framework that supports high-velocity growth experimentation across product and marketing funnels

  • Ensure experiments are properly instrumented within analytics platforms (e.g. Amplitude), with clear event tracking and success metrics

  • Maintain structured experimentation processes: hypothesis definition, experiment tracking, and results analysis

  • Support growth teams in setting up and QA’ing A/B tests across onboarding flows, paywalls, and conversion journeys

Growth Analytics & Insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking core PLG metrics: acquisition, activation, feature adoption, retention, and conversion

  • Analyse user behaviour and product usage data to identify growth opportunities and funnel inefficiencies

  • Partner with Product Growth and Marketing to translate insights into prioritised experiment roadmaps

  • Ensure consistent metric definitions and tracking across analytics tools, aligned with shared data standards

PLG Funnel Operations
  • Maintain operational visibility across the full PLG funnel: acquisition → activation → engagement → conversion

  • Monitor conversion performance across onboarding, paywalls, feature usage, and upgrade flows

  • Identify drop-off points in user journeys and support experiment design to address them

  • Support lifecycle experiments (onboarding emails, product nudges, activation campaigns) in coordination with Marketing Operations

Growth Tooling & Data Infrastructure
  • Maintain integrations and workflows across growth tooling: Amplitude, HubSpot, experimentation platforms, and analytics pipelines

  • Ensure clean event tracking, user segmentation, and cohort analysis capabilities

  • Improve operational efficiency through automation and AI-assisted workflows for experiment analysis and reporting

  • Maintain documentation of growth metrics, experimentation processes, and tooling architecture

User Insights & Feedback Loops
  • Support collection and analysis of user feedback, behavioural data, and product usage insights

  • Partner with Product and Growth teams to translate user insights into structured experiments

  • Maintain visibility into key engagement signals that inform product and growth prioritisation

About you
  • 3–5 years in Growth Operations, Product Analytics, or Growth-focused roles within a B2B or PLG SaaS environment

  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel), including event tracking and funnel analysis

  • Strong understanding of PLG funnels: acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion, and how they operate in practice

  • Experience supporting or operationalising A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

  • Comfortable working with data structures, event taxonomies, and analytics pipelines

  • Strong analytical instinct: you identify data inconsistencies quickly and translate insights into actionable growth opportunities

Strong plus:
  • Experience working closely with Product Growth teams in a PLG environment

  • Familiarity with experimentation tools (e.g. Optimizely, GrowthBook, LaunchDarkly)

  • Experience integrating marketing and product data (e.g. HubSpot + product analytics)

  • Experience working alongside RevOps and understanding how PLG connects to revenue systems

  • Exposure to AI-driven workflows or automation in growth analytics

What success looks like in the first 6 months:
  • A clear experimentation framework implemented and adopted across growth teams

  • Reliable dashboards tracking PLG funnel performance across acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion
