Growth Analytics Manager

We’re looking for a Growth Analytics Manager to join our high impact Growth team here at Ground News.  In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving our marketing engine forward by combining data, tools, and process optimization. You’ll work cross functionally to support our influencer marketing and paid acquisition efforts, using insights to fuel smarter decisions and growth. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to use data to uncover opportunities, streamline operations and deliver measurable results. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Own marketing attribution and performance reporting across our influencer and paid ads channels

• Analyze campaign data to surface insights, spot trends, and provide actionable recommendations

• Support the growth team by answering key questions using SQL, Python, Google Analytics, and other tools

• Identify and lead growth experiments that improve funnel performance and operational efficiency

• Build internal tools, improve workflows, and help optimize content and conversion across marketing touch points

What You Have:

• 3  years of experience in analytics, growth operations, consulting, or a related data-focused role

• Strong proficiency with SQL, Python, and Excel/Sheets

• Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Looker

• Solid understanding of growth and marketing metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, conversion rates)

• A curious mindset and the ability to work independently to find and validate answers

In the first 90 days you will:

• Dive deep into the Ground News product and ecosystem

• Get up to speed on our tools, data infrastructure, and reporting processes

• Map the end-to-end marketing funnel and understand how each stage contributes to growth

• Take ownership of day-to-day operations within our influencer marketing program

Bonus Points:

• A proven track record of using data to influence strategy and drive measurable impact

• Familiarity with attribution models, sales funnels, and marketing ops best practices

• Experience collaborating with developers and understanding the product development lifecycle

• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation
