We’re looking for a Growth Operations Manager to join the Growth team at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for consumer-facing product launches.

  • Lead the creation of positioning, messaging, and value propositions for product updates.

  • Collaborate with growth and product teams to optimize the user experience across the entire funnel, from acquisition to retention.

  • Develop and manage programs to activate power users and encourage authentic user content generation on social platforms.

  • Analyze market trends, user behavior, and campaign performance to refine product marketing strategies.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve workflows.

  • Design and implement scalable processes to support growth initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Develop systems for tracking progress, measuring performance, and ensuring accountability across projects.

  • Continuously optimize tools and processes to increase productivity and efficiency.

  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional (XFN) meetings to ensure alignment, clear communication, and efficient execution of key projects and initiatives.

  • Act as a central point of coordination among teams to drive consensus and resolve roadblocks effectively.

  • Partner with legal, marketing, Product and communications teams to execute complex projects seamlessly.

  • Facilitate cross-departmental alignment to support business growth and operational efficiency.

  • Define success metrics, monitor progress, and create comprehensive reports to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.

  • Identify gaps in user experience and relay actionable insights to product teams for continuous improvement.

  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the company's product offerings (e.g., AR tools, Lens Studio) to effectively support and advocate for users and developers.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to influence & partner with key internal stakeholder teams: senior leadership, product, design, brand marketing, engineering and finance to ensure shared vision and drive initiatives forward

  • Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

  • Ability to create and improve operational processes across many teams

  • A team player who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

  • Excellent presentation skills and comfort presenting to and communicating with senior leadership

  • Expertise in Excel and data visualization tools
     

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 5 years of experience in a growth or operations role at a consumer facing company

  • 2+ years of business-to-consumer growth experience across marketing and/or product

  • Expertise in Excel and familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Tableau)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ​​4+ years successfully designing, implementing and running operational processes at a technology company

  • Experience building cross-channel campaigns to drive user engagement from the ground up

  • Experience growing engagement for a specific product from launching to ramping to maintenance to measurement

  • Experience in leading cross functional working groups to drive towards a specific goal.

  • Proven track record of operational excellence in a fast-paced and dynamic environment working with stakeholders across corporate functions

  • A team player who’s willing to get their hands dirty and help where needed
