At E.ON UK, we're building the future of energy. Our Growth Studio is our internal venture studio, created to explore bold ideas, develop innovative products and services, and help shape a more sustainable future for our customers.

We're looking for a highly organised, commercially minded and proactive Growth Office Manager to become the operational and financial backbone of the Growth Studio. This is a pivotal role where you'll enable our teams to move quickly, keep leadership focused on strategic priorities, and ensure the studio operates efficiently as we build and scale new ventures.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity and love making things happen behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

Financial Planning & Budget Management

Lead the financial operations of the Growth Studio by managing budget planning, forecasting and spend tracking. You'll maintain real-time visibility of budgets, monitor variances and provide insight to support informed decision-making, ensuring the studio operates with strong financial discipline.

Payments & Supplier Management

Manage the end-to-end payment process for external suppliers, agencies and contractors. You'll raise purchase orders, process invoices, support vendor onboarding and work closely with Finance and Procurement to ensure payments are accurate and made on time.

Studio Operations

Take ownership of the operational health of the Growth Studio by maintaining project management tools, documentation, reporting and governance processes. You'll ensure key activities, milestones, risks and dependencies are visible and effectively managed.

Leadership Support

Partner closely with the Growth Director, anticipating operational needs, coordinating priorities, managing incoming requests and removing blockers so leadership can focus on strategic priorities and scaling new ventures.

Operational Excellence

Continuously improve operational processes, communication channels and collaboration tools, including AI-enabled ways of working, to remove friction, improve efficiency and support the Growth Studio as it grows.
