We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Analyst to join our team in a role designed for learning, growth, and hands-on development. This is a great opportunity for someone with early experience in B2B marketing who wants to keep building their skills across outbound, paid media, SEO, analytics, and partner-led initiatives while contributing to real business growth in a collaborative environment. This is an presencial role at our office in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize growth marketing initiatives across outbound, paid media, SEO, website tracking, and partner-driven lead generation.
  • Set up, launch, and monitor outbound email campaigns, including audience segmentation, list management, and lead-generation workflows using tools like Clay or Apollo.
  • Support paid media execution across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, budget monitoring, analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Contribute to SEO execution through keyword research, on-page optimizations, content alignment, and general technical SEO support.
  • Track website traffic, campaign performance, and growth initiatives using tools like GA4 and related reporting platforms.
  • Prepare recurring growth reports with insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate lead-generation efforts with external agencies and alliances, ensuring visibility of performance and follow-up opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with business goals and support B2B pipeline generation.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, lead quality, and channel results.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
  • Professional fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity working in a B2B marketing environment.
  • Experience with paid media campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and/or Meta Ads.
  • Strong attention to detail, comfort with data, and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, or available to work on-site from our offices there.

In addition to the core requirements above, the qualifications below are a plus:

  • Ability to monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and contribute to optimization decisions using data.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing for paid campaigns, including audiences, messaging, creatives, or landing page variables.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page SEO, content alignment, and technical SEO concepts.
  • Experience tracking website and marketing performance using GA4 and related analytics/reporting tools.
  • Practical knowledge of Clay, Apollo, or similar tools for data enrichment, prospecting, and outbound tasks is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Skills Required
