Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist who owns outcomes, not activities.
This is not a coordination or reporting role, and it is not a pure leadership role. This is a hands-on execution role where you will directly work on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads while owning end-to-end client performance.
You will be the single-threaded owner of client growth, responsible for driving measurable business impact across paid media, social, and web funnels.
Given our global client base, this role requires overlap with US client time zones and the ability to independently lead conversations with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Growth Ownership

  • Own performance across assigned client accounts
  • Define, track, and improve core KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality
  • Translate business goals into clear growth roadmaps and experiments

2. Hands-on Paid Media Execution

  • Directly manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Work hands-on across:
    • Campaign setup, restructuring, and optimization
    • Conversion tracking and attribution
    • Search, PMax, Advantage+, and evolving campaign types
  • Stay updated on the latest Google Ads nuances including automation shifts, signal-based optimization, broad match strategies, PMax behavior, and policy impacts

3. Analytics, Tracking and Tagging

  • Strong understanding of analytics and data flow across the funnel
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Analytics (GA4) for analysis and decision-making
  • Advanced Google Tag Manager implementation
  • Ability to:
  • Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking across platforms
  • Configure events, triggers, and data layers
  • Ensure accuracy of attribution and signal quality
  • Work closely with tech teams to ensure clean, reliable tracking infrastructure

4. Funnel and Conversion Optimization

  • Own the full funnel from ad to landing page to conversion to lead quality
  • Identify and fix drop-offs across:
    • Landing pages
    • Form flows
    • Tracking gaps
  • Work with design and tech teams to ship conversion improvements

5. Experimentation and Scaling

  • Drive a strong test, learn, and scale culture
  • Run structured A B tests across:
    • Creatives
    • Landing pages
    • Targeting and bidding strategies
  • Build repeatable playbooks from successful experiments

6. Data, Attribution and Insights

  • Focus on decision-making insights, not just dashboards
  • Work with:
    • GA4
    • Ad platform data
    • CRM or backend signals where available
  • Present clear growth narratives with actionable recommendations

7. Client Leadership

  • Act as a strategic partner, not just an account manager
  • Lead client conversations with:
    • Insights
    • Recommendations
    • Next steps
  • Push back when required to protect performance outcomes

Key Requirements

  • 6 to 7 years of experience in performance or growth marketing roles
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
    • Google Ads at an advanced level
    • Meta Ads
    • Google Analytics (GA4)
    • Google Tag Manager (advanced implementation)
  • Proven ability to improve CPL, ROAS, and conversion metrics
  • Experience working with US-based clients or markets is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with US time zone overlap when required
  • Strong understanding of funnel thinking, CRO, and signal-based optimization
  • Ability to connect creative, media, and data to business outcomes
