What this role is all about

As a Growth Marketing Senior Specialist you will focus on driving business growth through digital strategies that maximize brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. You will work closely with global growth teams, external agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize paid traffic strategies and support self-service growth initiatives. In this role, you will combine analytical thinking, experimentation, and strategic execution to drive sustainable growth across digital channels.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate closely with members of the global growth team to align paid strategies with broader business goals.
  • Partner with external marketing agencies to strengthen paid traffic strategies focused on self-service signups.
  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across various digital channels.
  • Use market research, data analysis, and creative problem-solving to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and display advertising.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally with different teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and refine marketing tactics to support sustainable growth.
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and cross-team communication.
  • Act as a go-to expert within the growth marketing area.
  • Manage and allocate budgets for paid self-service strategies to maximize return on investment.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

What makes you a strong fit

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience within international B2B tech companies.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
  • Experience working with SEO and analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEMrush, Full Story, Hotjar, Amplitude, Qlik Sense, Salesforce, and similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic and diverse environments.
